Confirmed true. I managed to go to maliwun and myiek after crossing at kawthaung, in march

It seems there's 4th border crossing that has been opened up: Htee Khee-Sunaron, respectively near Kanchanaburi (Thailand) and Daiwei (Myanmar). Htee Khee is sometimes written as Tiki, Sunaron is sometimes written as Phunaron
