Hey All,

Would like to take this opportunity to share with you our experiences in Siem Reap (and extended region). Awesome places to visit, experience the arts and culture beyond religion. Ideal for those who are looking for some adventure like climbing and jungle trekking. We (my hubby and I) had a great tour guide who brought us around, even to places as far as Preah Vihear (240km away from Angkor). Mr Narin is a licensed tour guide who has extensive knowledge of Angkor stories and cultures.

Prasat Preah Vihear is an eye opener with the current border dispute between Thailand and Cambodia. It's an unforgettable experience whereby we have Cambodia millitary personnel escorting us throughout the temple visit. Opposite the mountain top we could see Thailand millitary camp. NO worries, we are back in Singapore safely  :hello2:  :hello2:  :hello2:

For those who are planning to go Siem Reap soon, I would highly recommend Mr Narin. All the tour guide prices in Siem Reap are pretty standard but he will make a difference in your travel experience. Do feel free to email him and tell him your plans, and he will be glad to arrange or recommend you places to visit which save your the hassle, time and last minute cost incurrence. Reach him at his email (

Attached are some of our photos, to give you a sneak preview of the mystical journey to the ancient Khmer empire!
