Where to find SNOW GRIPS for shoes ?

Hi people.

Will like to seek help to find out where can I buy snow grip for shoes, such as the one here :

Hi thanks.

Not nepal. My mother is going to Japan. and she wants to get a snow grip for her footwear.
She had a very bad fall from her harbin trip few years back. So this time she wants to play safe.

I think those are crampons, not suitable for roadside walking as they will be very awkward.
